Kids train for FREE as long as their responsible adult has booked in! (We have a killer surprise for the parents of badly behaved kids.)

Fit-Bits Kids Only boot camp: $5 per child

If you and your partner would like to join up, and are both active attendees, you can have 50% off one of your packages (You don’t need to attend the same sessions)

If your kids go to school or you are part of a club and they are willing to help promote Fit-Bits to parents / members, then I will donate 10% of your package fee to that school or club’s fundraising committee. (not including start up special)

Locations: Mirror Park for most of the sessions next to the kids playground and skate park. 2 mornings a week we are currently in Langley Park you are welcome to attend both locations with your packages

30 min Group Sessions: involve a variety of exercises aimed at toning the whole body and are suitable for all fitness levels as we can progress and regress exercises to suit you.

Why only 30 minutes? so that you can get your workout done quickly and get on with the rest of your day. If you want extra just book into a double class

To view sessions click on the “Timetable” tab at the top of the page. We’re always open to suggestions if there is something else you prefer.

  • Cardio- HIIT / Tabata; Core, Mixed Strength Circuit, Boxing for fitness (BYO gloves or inners)
  • Family friendly sessions (kids welcome) / Kids Bootcamp

BYO: yoga mat (or just use your towel -its easier to wash), water bottle, towel, any First Aid requirements eg inhalers for asthma / epi-pens and action plans to go with those, and maybe some $$ for a coffee after the morning sessions.
