Training in a small group is great for meeting new people and making fresh contacts for business, these sessions are quite social making exercising more fun.
Social Group Runs
Is great for getting to know each other and helps with the boredom factor if you don’t like running alone.
City to Surf Training- If you are planning on doing the city to surf this year come and join us for one of our free social run sessions. At 5pm there is a walk / run session before class starts and after class is a longer run and interval training. The sooner you start training for this the more you will enjoy race day & avoid any injuries
