Outdoor Fitness Training – Boxing

Outdoor Personal Training will give you a private session totally focusing on your fitness needs, and specific training towards your goals, helping you focus on great technique. We would train outside in the park or as a mobile personal trainer I could come to you (depending on the time and distance).

Outdoor Group Training

Mike & Ash boxing 2 Group training has the ability to develop strength, power, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity within one workout including free weights, boxing and cardio. It is terrific for all levels of fitness. If you already have a good fitness level. You can also try a more challenging  Fit-Bits Cardio XT (Bootcamp style – Cross Training).
