circuit trainingOutdoor Personal Training will give you a private session totally focusing on your fitness needs, with specific training towards your goals along with focusing on great technique. We would train outside in the park or I could be a mobile personal trainer and come to you depending on the time.

Outdoor Circuit Training

Mike & Ash boxing 2While taking in some fresh air, circuit training has the ability to develop strength, power, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity within one workout including free weights, boxing and cardio. It is terrific for beginners & improvement of general fitness.
Some that are already fit may think it won’t be enough, so just let the trainer know as you will be shown more advanced levels of the exercise. You can also compliment your circuit sessions with a Fit-Bits on-the-run session (Bootcamp style).
