There is a session to suit most pockets & a range of options to make sure you don’t get bored.

Location

All sessions are held outside in the park opposite 100 Terrace Road, East Perth next to the Kids play area. If it’s raining hard the sessions take place at the WA Squash Club on Terrace road.

Outdoor Circuit Classes

The 45 minute circuit sessions involve a timed sequence of a variety of exercises aimed at toning the whole body and are suitable for men, women and teenagers and all levels of fitness, as you decide how hard you want to push yourself in the time set.

Personal Training

A one-on-one session totally focusing on you! Having a trainer means that you will get 100% focused attention to help you achieve your desired goal. If you would like to trial a PT session without committing then the single session is perfect for you, or choose from one of the packages available. Make a commitment to kick bad habits and change your lifestyle!

Fit-Bits Boxing Circuit 

A cardio intensive boxing class combined with circuit training. Buy some inners for $5 or bring your own gloves / inners

Matwork Pilates (starting in August)

Pilates focuses on conditioning the core with concentration, precision, and flow. This 45 minute class covers a series of exercise that focus on stabilising and lengthening your muscles. A balancing mind body workout that forms an excellent base for progressive stabilisation work, improving body alignment and posture. This class is an all levels class and mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.

Fit-Bits Social Run (free)

All social runs are free! If you want to push yourself do a circuit session before your run!

Cycle Sessions

Join us for a cycle, you will need a road bike and helmet.
