Fit-Bits Sessions

There is a session to suit most pockets & a range of options from the pay-per-day to eager-achiever!
Location
All sessions are held outside while taking in some fresh air, meeting opposite 100 Terrace Road near the Kids play area. During the wet winter season we will move into the WA Squash Club on Terrace road.
Outdoor Circuit Classes
The 45 minute circuit sessions involve a timed sequence of a variety of exercises aimed at toning the whole body and are suitable for men, women and teenagers and all levels of fitness, as you decide how hard you want to push yourself in the time set.
Personal Training
A one-on-one 45min or 60min session totally focusing on you! Having a trainer means that you will get 100% focused attention to help you achieve your desired goal. If you would like to trial a PT session without committing then the single session is perfect for you, or choose from one of the packages available.
A combined package shows your determination & commitment to kick bad habits and change your lifestyle!
Fit-Bits On-the-Run / Cardio XT
This session is more cardio intensive and will push you that extra bit harder, doing a variety of exercises – push-ups, triceps dips, core strengthening, lunges, squats & stairs mixing it up with short sprints and jogging.
This session is the same price as a circuit class session
Fit-Bits Cardio Box
A cardio intensive boxing class. This session is the same price as a circuit class session. Buy some inners for $5 or bring your own gloves / inners
Fit-Bits Social Run (free)
All social runs are free! If you want to push yourself do a circuit session before your run!
City to Surf Training- If you are planning on doing the city to surf this year come and join us for one of our free social run sessions. At 5pm there is a walk / run session before class starts and after class is a longer run and interval training. The sooner you start training for this the more you will enjoy race day & avoid any injuries!
Cycle Sundays
Join us for a cycle, you will need a road bike and helmet. 60km – 80km(depending on who is cycling). Once a month we’ll do a mountain bike ride.
