Cancellations / Switching (switching is considered the same as a cancellation)

If you cancel or switch your session within 12 hours of a Group class or a PT session you will be charged 100% for the session – the session is non-refundable and non-transferable. To ensure you are not charged please make sure you allow enough time to cancel. All cancellations must be done online through “my account” (at the bottom of the page, delete the sessions you wish to cancel.) This is the only way to cancel / switch out of a session allowing enough time and without being charged.

By leaving it too late it’s not really fair on the trainer who has allocated the time slot to train you as well as the time beforehand to plan your session for you. If the trainers are given enough notice they can then book another client in that time slot and not lose out on any income or other plans they may have previously committed to had they known earlier… like maybe the occasional sleep in

If you plan on booking a 6am PT session, please book in before 6pm the night before and send a txt to the trainer as we tend to go to bed early. This then allows trainers enough time to plan your workout.
