Payment for all sessions must be paid in full BEFORE your session commences. Contracts cannot be frozen or switched for other packages.
Christmas Bonus Special: (Available from 1 Dec – 23 Dec) 10% off 10 group sessions = $135 (10 sessions normally cost $150)
When booking a PT session, please make sure you book by 5pm the day before so we can make sure that you have a trainer and allow enough time to plan your session

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable and expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
If you book into a circuit session and do not cancel at least 4 hours prior to the session, you will be charged for the session.
For PT sessions if you cancel up to 12hrs before your session you will not be charged. If you cancel your session on the day with more than 4 hours to go you will be charged 50% of your session fee, less than 4 hours will be 100% of your fee. If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged the full fee for your session.
