Payment for all sessions must be paid in full BEFORE your session commences. Contracts cannot be frozen or switched for other packages.

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable however there is no expiry date and you may change your bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
If you book into a circuit session and do not cancel at least 3 hours prior to the session, you will be charged for the session.
For PT sessions if you cancel up to 12hrs before your session you will not be charged. If you cancel your session on the day with more than 4 hours to go you will be charged 50% of your session fee, less than 4 hours will be 100% of your fee. If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged the full fee for your session.
