TIPS TO STAY STRONG – when you just aren’t up for it

  • Pack your bag the night before and have everything ready so all you have to do is get up & go
  • Train anyway – a little is better than nothing, you can work around some  injuries and you may even find that once you start you’ll get into it and I can promise that you will feel better for it after your session
  • Eat 6 healthy small portions a day – this will help keep your energy levels stable
  • Arrange to train with friends, family or partners – by meeting someone you will feel guilty about cancelling
  • Change your routine – by mixing it up you will see great results and you won’t get bored.
  • Keep hydrated – being well hydrated will keep your organs running efficiently and will definitely help towards weight loss. Keep away from carbonated drinks – high in sugar and calories none of us need.
