0.95 or below 0.80 or below Low Risk
0.96 to 1.0 0.81 to 0.85 Moderate Rist
1.0 or above 0.85 or above High Risk

Use a measuring tape to check the waist and hip measurements.

  • Measure your hip circumference at its widest part.
  • Measure your waist circumference at the belly button or just above it.
